BankPozitif is a BDDK development and investment bank, not a travel neobank. PayFix bought it in 2023. BDDK handed management rights to TMSF in March 2025 after the betting and AML allegations. An auction was run later in 2025. Score the licence, then score the mess. Do not open this as a weekend-FX account.
What it is
Founded 1999 on Toprakbank wreckage, later C Bank, later an Israeli JV, later ‘100% Turkish digital bank’ under PayFix. TMSF has been in this story more than once. Directories still scrape ‘online bank Turkey’. This desk writes the BDDK class and the 2025 intervention.
Best for: Nobody picking a holiday IBAN. Listed so a directory cannot sell an investment bank as a challenger.
