BIN sponsor

The licensed bank or EMI that owns the Visa/Mastercard range printed on the card.

Crypto cards and virtual cards rotate BIN sponsors. If RedotPay or Privacy.com changes issuer, your old cards may die. The sponsor is the entity a scheme would call, not the app icon.
